Here at the dob on King William or DKW we pride ourselves on creating a food experience that doesn’t discriminate. We understand the pain of trying to dine out with allergies and not being taken seriously – particularly hard for all of our Coeliac families out in the world. That’s why we decided to take the plunge and add a 100% Gluten Free café to our family That’s right, any piece of food that lives under this roof contains no gluten or risk of cross contamination.

If you’ve been craving a classic eggs benny, pancakes, waffles, a hot dog with the lot or even a juicy burger – we’ve got you covered. The chefs work hard to come up with new and creative ways to bring you the food you’ve been missing but most importantly it brings back the shared experience of family dining with or without allergies

For our friends with other dietary requirements, we promise we’ll always do our best to find ways to make our menu work for you. If you’ve been putting off holding that birthday or celebration because everyone else has told you it’s too hard to cater for – we’ve got you. Whether it’s paleo, keto, fodmap, low GI, garlic allergies, onion allergies, vegan, vegetarian, or even pescatarian there’s nothing too hard for our team to work with. 

For all the non-coeliacs out there who swear by gluten, we promise you won’t even miss it. Its a safe space for you to bring your gluten-free family and still enjoy the food yourself. We don’t sacrifice flavour at the dob but we do create memories.
